Melany Pearia Promoted to General Manager

Shelter Works is pleased to announce the promotion of Melany Pearia to General Manager.

Melany's history with Shelter Works spans nearly two decades. She first began working with the company in 2007 through her own 3D design, CAD, and engineering business. During that time, she played an instrumental role in helping Shelter Works transition to 3D design, providing submittal and production drawings, and developing many of the CAD processes and systems that remain in use today.

In 2017, Melany joined Shelter Works as a full-time employee. Since then, she has held several leadership positions, including Manager of Projects, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations.

Throughout her tenure, Melany's responsibilities have steadily expanded to include leadership of project management, CAD, quality, supply chain, production, new product development, and environmental health and safety (EHS) across both the Missouri and Ohio facilities. Her commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction has helped drive the company's growth and success.

As General Manager, Melany will assume responsibility for the overall leadership and performance of the business, including sales, operations, finance, strategic planning, and continued growth initiatives.
